Team Responsibilities
Each teammate will contribute some sort of skill that is involved with their discipline. Including graphic, modules, business plans, and technology function decomposition.They will also contribute ideas and brainstorm as a team to come up with innovative ideas for Herman Miller.
Team Research
Define and conduct research into the four Integrated Innovation Factors. To help in this effort, compose a detailed Research Plan prior to initiating research. More information on what this includes is shown below. As you start to better understand your users, market, technology, society and the environment, identify those pieces of information that are most relevant to the project. Organize these into a 3 ring binder with categories of information clearly defined and maintained. The binder will become a common resource for team members as the project progresses into the next phases and will contain a limited number of articles (journal articles, book chapters, etc.), observation notes, interview transcripts, etc.
